After nearly six months on the market with a whopping $48 million ask, Jeffrey “Jeff” Feinberg’s extravagant Brentwood mansion has popped up for sale again with all-new real estate representation and the all-new moniker “Star Resort.” This time around, the still-substantial listing price is a speck under $43 million — or $1 million less than the hedge fund executive and major bitcoin investor paid for the then brand-new place less than two years ago.
