After nearly six months on the market with a whopping $48 million ask, Jeffrey “Jeff” Feinberg’s extravagant Brentwood mansion has popped up for sale again with all-new real estate representation and the all-new moniker “Star Resort.” This time around, the still-substantial listing price is a speck under $43 million — or $1 million less than the hedge fund executive and major bitcoin investor paid for the then brand-new place less than two years ago. Jeffrey Feinberg Relists Epic Los Angeles House – DIRT

Nestled amid a secluded cul-de-sac, on a 1.3-acre parcel overlooking the Getty Museum, the contemporary structure was built on speculation by flashy developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati in spring 2021, and features seven bedrooms and 11 baths sprawled across almost 17,000 square feet of three-level living space. Glitzy creature comforts range from a TV wall, car gallery and sports simulator room inside, to a three-hole putting green and Kobe Bryant-themed basketball court outdoors.

Main-level highlights include a towering great room showcased by a striking floating staircase that’s topped by a custom icicle chandelier and flanked by a living moss wall that descends all the way to a succulent garden on the home’s lower level. A linear fireplace encased in a floor-to-ceiling stone wall serves as a focal point of the living room, and there’s also a full wet bar with wine station, dining room boasting a 1,000-gallon aquarium, and gourmet kitchen outfitted with a separate catering kitchen and walk-in freezer.

A sumptuous upstairs master retreat rests beneath a wood-paneled coved ceiling, and comes complete with a linear fireplace, sitting area, private balcony with fire-pit, and dual closets and baths. And the lower level boasts amenities like a 250-bottle wine cellar (temperature-controlled, of course), 12-seat movie theater jazzed up with a starlit ceiling, sports simulator and massage rooms, a plunge pool, an entertainment lounge and that auto gallery that can accommodate up to 10 vehicles.

A mirrored gym on this level leads out to the aforementioned outdoor basketball court paying homage to the late Kobe Bryant, with the mostly turf-clad grounds also hosting a 70-foot infinity-edge pool and spa resting alongside a cabana with a TV bar, pizza oven and barbecue. Rounding it all out: a trio of roof decks and detached two-story guesthouse, plus state-of-the art security in the form of a laser system and 24-hour guard house.

The listing is held by Dan Malka and Yohann Bensimon of Ikon Advisors.
