In an interview with the Tang Lun Report on Friday, Yang cited the growing polarization of the United States as the reason for his creation of a new third party. However, he did realize that his chances of success mainly lie in the smaller voting plan, rather than directly targeting the White House like other third parties. More importantly, he felt that something needed to be done before things got out of control.
"This country is moving towards political violence, which is true," Yang said. "The only way out is for us to have a truly more multi-polar system, where it is not only two aspects, conflict and conflict, do nothing."
It remains to be seen how the logo of the 80s will achieve this goal, but good luck.
