Thinbit, manufactured by Kaiser Tool Company Inc., introduced an angled round tool holder. These tool holders are designed for CNC, regular and end working positions on Swiss screw machines.

The new bevel round shank positions the blades at 30°, 45° or 60° angles for flank grooves, undercuts, and angled outer diameter and face grooves. Round shank sizes are available in 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1", 20mm and 25mm diameters. 

Beveled round handles are used in conjunction with Thinbit blades and are suitable for black and non-ferrous metal materials. The blade size is 0.004" to 0.150" in increments of 0.001", with TiN, TiAlN, TiCN, diamond film or uncoated. Please refer to pages 2-9 and 2-10 in the Thinbit catalog.
