Old food residue and grime on these areas: on all gaskets for coolers, the small freezer, the area beneath the preparation sink, beneath the flat grill, on the floor beneath the cook line, the upper interior of the microwave, the underside of the shelf over the hot cheese and sauces, beneath the mechanical dishwasher.
